Anger Management
Aeromate provides and conducts activities regarding Anger Management to the students. Aeromate’s associative staff prepares students for the job role. Aeromate provides finest quality of education to the students. Aeromate allows students to think and analyze the mistakes they have made and what should be done to avoid the repetition and damage control. And also how to organize their minds in work even when they have a chaotic day. Aeromate will make the students ‘To accept what they cannot change and change what they cannot accept’. Aeromate has a proper schedule to achieve the goals set to the students in a right way. Aeromate will train students by giving some role plays and make them realize their own mistakes they have done and train them how they can improve. This will give students the ability to work in any kind of environment the staff and politeness to the customers as well. Aeromate is training the students to work under intense pressure without losing smile on the face which is one of the important qualities every organization is looking for in an employee. This training will help the students to make better decisions under intense work pressure and stress. Students will acquire great intellectual personality which is helpful in their future development of both personal and professional careers.
Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)/Accent Neutralization
Mother Tongue Influence is the effect of native language on other language. Aeromate tries it’s best to make the student face no issue because of it. Students will be made to hear multiple English accents and imitate the accents. Students will learn perfect English grammar and vocabulary because only accent is not necessary for the job. Students will be taught perfect grammar and their accents will be sorted according to the requirement. Aeromate will try its level best to make students focus on clarity of speech and subtle tuning on a specific accent or dialect. As most of the organizations are internationally linked they need to hire a person who can understand multiple accents. Thus, we work on that zone and train students to neutralize their accents. Students will learn usage of different vocabulary as per the requirement. We will work towards their English improvement. All students will be getting good standards in English language. This will help students to improve speaking quality in their work and also in their community.
Communication Skills
Communication skills are the capabilities a person use during delivering and receiving any information. There is no industry or organization that will neglect these skills in recruiting an employee. In Aeromate, we train students to acquire these skills practically. Aeromate teaches proper pronunciation, voice modulation and subtle verbal inflections. Aeromate teaches grammar beyond these so that student will never face a problem in amalgamation of words. Aeromate also teaches non verbal communication skills and how to use them formally. This will help students to obtain inter-personal skills which are very important in our day to day life. This will develop students to be versatile and acquainted.
In communication skills session Aeromate concentrates on four modules they are:
Listening- In this module students will be made sure they listen to the others and understand what they are saying with different accents. Thus the mother tongue influence can be neutralized and listening skills can be improved.
Speaking- In speaking session student will be made to speak in English fluently so that, they will be confident in the work place to speak.
Writing- Students will be given different assignments to write regarding an issue so that, they will improve their writing skills which helps them to write emails, reports, customer complaints etc.,
Reading- Students will be given a various topics to read and enhance their reading skills and train them to understand the topic fast thus, they will read faster, understand it and respond to it quickly.

Students will learn work ethics and etiquette. This session makes student confident, open minded and build their self-esteem. With these classes in Aeromate a student’s competence will be enhanced so that their self-respect will be intensified.
